As a consumer-centric organization, we are bound by ethical and moral obligation to protect your interest and make your experience as a panelist an enjoyable one. All surveys are sent to individuals based on their suitability for the study, this is partly determined when you complete your account profiling questions. However even for those who have completed their profiles 100%, there still are some questions we can only ask when there is an actual study running since each study has unique audience requirements. You are either left to proceed or saved out based on your answers to the first few questions. If we do not do this we would end up asking you a lot of inappropriate or irrelevant questions which is something we try hard to avoid.

What Now?

You have done your part but this wasn’t the one for you. Now your profile has been updated a little more and you have just earned one ranking point and this means the next survey invite will be sent much sooner. We hope its suits your profile.


While you will be withdrawing your funds to M-Pesa, we are sending all withdrawals to your email adress via PayPal. ( You will then be able to withdraw these finds to your phone using the paypal to MPesa website or to your Equity bank account if you are a member.
